The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. The research subjects consisted of five participants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies from October to December 2025, and were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with source triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of the PAI curriculum refers to the Merdeka Curriculum with an adaptive and humanistic approach. The learning objectives emphasize the cultivation of monotheistic values, the habituation of worship practices, and character development. PAI materials are simplified according to the abilities of students with intellectual disabilities and delivered contextually. The learning methods are integrative, involving lectures, practical activities, and habituation, while evaluation is conducted through observations of students’ religious behavior. The challenges in implementation include teachers’ workload, differences in students’ characteristics, suboptimal parental involvement, and limitations in facilities and infrastructure.
Firmansyah Muhammad Tauhid, Triana Rosalina Noor ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/927 Wed, 20 May 2026 11:53:33 +0000 Filsafat Ilmu sebagai Fondasi Pengembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan Modern dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Islam http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/818
This study aims to analyze the role of the philosophy of science as a foundation for development of modern science through ontological, epistemological, and axiological perspectives, and to examine its relevance in addressing contemporary challenges. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review of scientific sources. The findings show that the philosophy of science plays an essential role in explaining the nature of scientific objects, the validity of knowledge acquisition, and the ethical use of knowledge. Amid rapid scientific and technological advancements, issues such as moral crises, misuse of technology, and low value awareness have emerged. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the three dimensions of the philosophy of science within contemporary challenges and linking them to the perspective of Islamic education. The study concludes that the philosophy of science serves as both a theoretical foundation and an ethical guide for developing responsible and beneficial knowledge.
Ibtihal Istiqomah, Siti Fatimah ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/818 Wed, 20 May 2026 11:55:22 +0000 Powtoon-Assisted Audio-Lingual Method: An Effective Strategy for Enhancing Students’ Vocabulary Mastery in Al-Sajadah Islamic Integrated Secondary School Riau http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/956
This research aimed at finding out the effectiveness of Sam’iyyah Syafawiyah method with Powtoon media in increasing student vocabulary mastery at the eighth grade of Islamic Integrated Junior High School of As-Sajadah Pekanbaru. It was quantitative experiment research with quasi-experimental design in the form of nonequivalent control group design. All the eighth-grade students at Islamic Integrated Junior High School of As-Sajadah Pekanbaru in the Academic Year of 2024 were the population of this research, and they were 91 students. The samples selected by using purposive sampling technique were 44 the eighth-grade students—22 students of class 4 as the experimental group and 22 students of class 3 as the control group. Observation, test, and documentation were the techniques of collecting data. The techniques of analyzing data were validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. The research findings indicated that Sam’iyyah Syafawiyah method with Powtoon media was effective in increasing student vocabulary mastery at the eighth grade of Islamic Integrated Junior High School of As-Sajadah Pekanbaru. It was proven with the score of t-test statistic test, the score of tobserved 11.573 was higher than ttable 2.086, and the significance level 0.000 was lower than 0.05. So, Ha was accepted, and H0 was rejected.
Nur Akila, Kasmiati Kasmiati, Maulana Malik Fauzi, Arif Fedianto, Muhammad Hattamy, Rahmat Aminullah ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/956 Wed, 20 May 2026 11:57:00 +0000 Model Implementasi Metode Yanbu’a Berbasis Evaluasi Berjenjang Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Al-Qur’an Santri di Pesantren http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/974
This study examines the implementation of the Yanbu’a method integrated with a tiered evaluation system to improve students’ Qur’anic reading skills in an Islamic boarding school. The research is motivated by the limited effectiveness of previous learning methods in developing accurate pronunciation, fluency, and mastery of tajwid rules among students. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving 20 students, 3 teachers, and 1 program coordinator. The findings reveal that the Yanbu’a method, supported by structured level-based evaluation, significantly enhances students’ accuracy in makharijul huruf, reading fluency, and understanding of tajwid. Key instructional strategies such as musyafahah, individual recitation (sorogan), and repetition (takrir) contribute to these improvements. The study concludes that integrating systematic evaluation within the Yanbu’a method provides an effective model for ensuring quality control in Qur’anic learning.
M Mahbubi, Afifah Maulidah Hasanah ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/974 Wed, 20 May 2026 11:58:42 +0000 Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa tentang Implementasi Pendidikan Akhlak Terhadap Perilaku Sosial http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/975
This study is motivated by the fact that many students still exhibit poor social behavior, such as engaging in fights, skipping school, and showing a lack of respect toward teachers and parents. This condition indicates that the process of internalizing moral and character values in learning has not been optimally implemented. One of the factors influencing students’ social behavior is their perception of the subject of Moral and Character Education. This study employs a quantitative survey method. Data were collected from 108 respondents and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results show a significant effect, with a t-value of 4.525 greater than the t-table value of 1.983 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.005. This indicates that students’ perceptions of the subject significantly influence their social behavior by 16.2%, while the remaining 83.8% is influenced by other factors such as family guidance, peer influence, and academic culture.
Faza Karimatul Akhlak, Nur Aini Zaida, Tsamrotul Fuadah ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/975 Wed, 20 May 2026 12:00:34 +0000 Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Akhlak dalam Dasa Dharma di Kegiatan Kepramukaan http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/954
This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing moral values contained in the 8th Dasa Dharma, namely “Discipline, Courage, and Loyalty,” through scouting activities at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Solok. The background of this research is based on the importance of character building among students through extracurricular activities integrated with moral values. Scouting, as a form of non-formal education, plays a strategic role in instilling the values of discipline, courage, and loyalty through structured and continuous activities. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of scout leaders and students actively involved in scouting activities. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the internalization of moral values in the 8th Dasa Dharma is carried out through three stages: value transformation, value transaction, and transinternalization. The value of discipline is instilled through habituation of punctuality and adherence to rules. The value of courage is developed through training activities, competitions, and decision-making within scout teams. Meanwhile, loyalty is reflected in commitment to duties, responsibility, and dedication to the scouting organization. The role modeling of scout leaders and consistent habituation are the main factors contributing to the success of this internalization process. Thus, scouting activities at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Solok play an effective role in shaping students’ character in accordance with the moral values of the 8th Dasa Dharma.

Wenda Permata Sari, Dhita Ayomi Purwaningtyas ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/954 Wed, 20 May 2026 12:02:08 +0000 Analisis Asesmen Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Melalui Ulangan Harian Mata Pelajaran Fiqh Di Madrasah Aliyah http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/958
This study aims to analyze the assessment of students’ critical thinking skills through daily tests in the Fiqh subject at MAN 3 Padang Panjang. However, its learning process is still dominated by conventional approaches, focusing on memorization and lectures, resulting in passive student engagement. This study aims to examine the constructivist learning model as a relevant alternative to improve IRE learning quality. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review, data were collected from scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025. The findings reveal that the constructivist model encourages active, critical, and contextual religious understanding through strategies such as cooperative learning and reflective dialogue. It promotes meaningful learning experiences, enhances student participation, and fosters internalization of Islamic values. Nevertheless, challenges remain in teacher readiness and learning infrastructure. The study concludes that constructivist-based models are essential for realizing transformative IRE that shapes both intellectual and spiritual competencies.
Naila Karima, Indah Muliati, Rini Rahman ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://annuha.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/annuha/article/view/965 Mon, 25 May 2026 07:10:50 +0000
